About the role
Help build Tenstorrent's in-house ability to launch, stabilize and recover hardware products at scale. Support NPI site and define process specs for reliable volume production.
What you’ll do
• Stand up and run NPI site for EVT and DVT builds. • Define and maintain process specs for assembly and test. • Drive DFM, DFA and tolerance reviews early in design. • Establish build readiness and phase exit criteria. • Lead failure analysis and RMA recovery for hardware.
What you’ll bring
• Hands-on hardware experience from prototype to volume. • Ability to document repeatable build and test processes. • Data-driven in debug and root cause analysis. • Clear communicator aligning teams and CMs. • Eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
