About the role
Lead cross-Risk and cross-Stripe initiatives to improve risk management. Define solutions and drive execution from technical shaping through delivery and adoption.
What you’ll do
• Identify high-leverage problems and set clear product direction. • Lead major cross-team initiatives from shaping to adoption. • Drive changes in data and AI use for risk mitigation. • Partner with engineering, data science, and ML leaders. • Build alignment and resolve tradeoffs across teams.

• Proven track record delivering multi-team transformational initiatives. • Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and drive execution. • Strong technical judgment in data, ML, AI, APIs, platforms. • Experience partnering with senior engineering and product leaders. • Deep quantitative fluency and data-driven decision making. • Ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment.
