About the role
Lead development of a managed platform for AI application lifecycle focusing on Machine Learning models including LLMs. Manage fine-tuning, training pipelines, and experiment management at scale.
What you’ll do
• Manage fine-tuning systems for large foundation models. • Implement end-to-end training pipelines for LLMs. • Develop reinforcement learning and distillation pipelines. • Manage dataset, model, and experiment versioning. • Ensure cost-efficient scaling and failure recovery.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field. • 4-5+ years leading AI projects. • Experience with Generative AI and LLMs. • Hands-on with Reinforcement Learning and Fine-Tuning. • Work authorization for US employment.
