About the role
Lead architecture, product direction, and team capacity for CodePath's learning platform. Build and scale web applications supporting education and AI integration.
What you’ll do
• Architect and build web applications across Ruby on Rails, Sinatra, and Django. • Make technical decisions on infrastructure, data modeling, and API design. • Set code quality standards through reviews and guidance. • Write automated tests reflecting real edge cases. • Mentor engineers and raise team technical level.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years software engineering experience. • 5+ years experience with Ruby on Rails. • Strong PostgreSQL and database design skills. • Ability to lead technical decisions in autonomous teams. • Work authorization for US, Canada, LATAM, or Europe.
