About the role
Maintain and improve reliability of multi-tenant SaaS databases across cloud providers. Combine software development and operational responsibilities to ensure high SLA for customers.
What you’ll do
• Write production code for database reliability and scalability. • Build automation and platform tooling to reduce toil. • Lead technical design and review processes. • Own and evolve SLO framework and reliability models. • Be on call and lead incident response for high-SLA customers.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years software engineering experience. • Strong skills in object-oriented programming. • Deep understanding of distributed systems. • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud providers. • Experience designing and implementing SLOs.
