About the role
Lead the design and development of Headway's experimentation platform to enable fast, trustworthy experiments across teams. Own the technical foundation and program to improve company-wide experimentation practices.
What you’ll do
• Design and build core experimentation primitives. • Evaluate and consolidate feature flagging stack. • Integrate AI into experimentation workflows. • Expand experimentation to market-based testing. • Raise company-wide experimentation standards.
What you’ll bring
• Owned experimentation or feature flagging stack end to end. • Built custom assignment and exposure systems. • Fluent in statistics to partner with data scientists. • Experience debugging complex measurement bugs. • Work authorization for USA.
