About the role
Lead the architecture and technical direction of Headway's Journey communications platform. Build scalable, AI-powered messaging systems impacting patient and provider engagement.
What you’ll do
• Own architecture of multi-vendor communications stack. • Design decision engine and experimentation layer. • Develop channel orchestration for messaging. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product. • Implement LLM-powered personalization from concept to production.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years software engineering experience. • Experience with high-volume event-driven platforms. • Fluency with multi-vendor delivery stacks. • Experience with experimentation infrastructure. • Exposure to LLM-powered systems in production. • Work authorization for USA.
