About the role
Lead the technical direction and architecture of Crusoe's Identity & Access Management platform securing AI cloud workloads. Solve high-impact security and authorization challenges while mentoring engineering teams.
What you’ll do
• Own IAM architecture and multi-quarter technical direction. • Define platform-wide identity and authorization standards. • Lead build-vs-buy decisions for IAM technologies. • Solve high-risk scaling and security problems. • Mentor engineers and shape technical strategy.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in CS or related field or equivalent experience. • 8+ years building distributed systems in Go. • Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols. • Experience with production reliability and incident response. • Work authorization for US.
