About the role
Lead the technical direction and development of NetBox Delivery, ensuring reliable software deployment and operation. Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams to improve NetBox products and delivery.
What you’ll do
• Design and build software for NetBox installation and upgrades. • Contribute to NetBox core and plugins for performance. • Build observability and set testing standards. • Own technical direction and architecture. • Lead and mentor engineers and SREs.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years software development experience. • Strong Python and SaaS application skills. • Experience with Kubernetes operators and APIs. • Build observability with OpenTelemetry and Sentry. • Hands-on with AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub Actions. • Experience leading engineering without formal authority.
