About the role
Lead the simulation verification and validation program to support safety cases for autonomous driving. Define validation strategies and collaborate across teams to ensure simulation accuracy and safety.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end simulation V&V strategy. • Define data sets, metrics, and comparison methods. • Lead cross-functional sim validation program. • Partner with statisticians on safety performance measures. • Write methodology documents and present results.
What you’ll bring
• M.S. or higher in relevant engineering or science field. • 8+ years in verification and validation of safety-critical systems. • Experience leading technical programs across teams. • Experience validating simulation against real-world data. • Strong systems thinking and integration skills. • Work authorization for the job location.
