About the role
Manage cloud availability programs including maintenance windows, incident management, and network upgrades to ensure reliable GPU infrastructure. Drive execution with technical depth and build frameworks for operational predictability.
What you’ll do
• Plan and execute maintenance windows for cloud infrastructure. • Coordinate cross-functional incident response and post-incident reviews. • Support network switch upgrade planning and dependency tracking. • Identify technical risks and escalate or solve directly. • Build lightweight program execution frameworks.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. • 2-5+ years as Technical Program Manager in cloud infrastructure. • Knowledge of maintenance window planning and host patching. • Experience with incident management and SLA remediation. • Work authorization for US employment.
