• Investigate complex failures across entire stack. • Translate customer issues into actionable bug reports. • Build tooling and automation for efficiency. • Drive systemic improvements from ticket patterns. • Mentor team and raise technical bar.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years hands-on technical experience. • Strong Linux fundamentals and command line skills. • Container and Kubernetes deployment experience. • Cloud platform experience with IAM and networking. • Fluency in GraphQL and web application debugging. • Database fundamentals including SQL and NoSQL.
