About the role
Lead and manage store operations to achieve sales targets, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver excellent customer experience. Develop and motivate the store team to maintain premium brand standards and profitability.
What you’ll do
• Drive store sales targets and commercial objectives. • Ensure compliance with store SOPs and brand standards. • Manage inventory, stock control and loss prevention. • Deliver exceptional customer experience and resolve complaints. • Lead and develop store employees and succession planning.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5 years retail or store management experience. • Experience in fashion or premium retail preferred. • Strong commercial and sales management skills. • Ability to manage teams and drive accountability. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
