About the role
Enable customers and design teams to confidently design and build with ICON's technology. Provide structural engineering judgment for new and undocumented applied cases.
What you’ll do
• Evaluate feasibility and provide recommendations for new structural details and connections. • Teach and onboard customers and design teams on structural recommendations. • Configure known structural cases in BuildOS and escalate software issues. • Provide recommendations for undocumented installation conditions. • Convert resolved problems into knowledge base entries and collaborate with Product Development.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years structural engineering or related experience. • Bachelor's degree in structural/civil or Architectural Engineering. • Ability to develop or evaluate structural details without precedent. • Ability to read and apply structural engineering documentation. • Work authorization for United States.
