About the role
Review and update student account ledgers ensuring accurate posting of fees and payments. Serve as an advocate for student account questions and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
What you’ll do
• Review and analyze student account ledgers. • Post fees, payments, grants, and scholarships timely. • Interface with students and third-party servicers. • Ensure compliance with Title IV and FERPA regulations. • Participate in finance outreach and audits.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum one year student billing or financial experience. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Knowledge of Title IV Federal Student Aid programs. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Work authorization for USA.
