About the role
Join Greenpeace MENA's Supervisory Board to provide strategic oversight and guide organizational growth. Help safeguard the mission, integrity, and long-term sustainability of the organization in the MENA region.
What you’ll do
• Oversee strategic direction and organizational development. • Approve strategy, budgets, and financial statements. • Oversee risk, resilience, and governance. • Recruit and oversee Executive Director. • Safeguard independence and organizational integrity.
What you’ll bring
• Board-level or senior leadership experience. • Strong understanding of MENA region context. • Ability to provide independent oversight. • Commitment to Greenpeace MENA’s mission and values. • Residence or strong connection to MENA region.
Life at Greenpeace International
Voluntary, non-remunerated governance role with active participation in board and committee work. Approximately 15–20 hours per quarter.
