About the role
Manage supply chain and operations to keep products in stock and deliver cost savings. Coordinate manufacturing, packaging, and quality workflows for a kratom brand.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain SKU-level forecasts and replenishment plans. • Serve as operational contact for manufacturers and suppliers. • Coordinate packaging artwork and product launches. • Own brand-side quality and compliance follow-through. • Analyze shipping costs and build operational reporting.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in supply chain or production planning. • Experience with contract manufacturers and 3PL operations. • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets forecasting and reporting. • Familiarity with dietary supplement cGMP 21 CFR Part 111. • Based in Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina with US ET availability.
