• Provide L2/L3 support for store applications and systems. • Monitor and resolve production incidents and system alerts. • Perform root cause analysis and preventive actions. • Manage incident, problem, change, and release activities. • Collaborate with teams to restore services quickly.

• Experience in production support for store systems. • Knowledge of PowerShell, SQL, scripting, IBM MQ, Microsoft Azure. • Ability to manage incident and change processes. • Work authorization for Australia. • Flexibility for shift and on-call support.
