About the role
Manage internal IT operations, employee technology support, endpoint and identity management, and compliance technology controls. Ensure secure, reliable technology and maintain security and compliance posture including SOC 2 audits.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary contact for employee IT support and access requests. • Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows and account provisioning. • Administer internal systems and SaaS tools. • Oversee endpoint management across multiple platforms. • Support SOC 2 and compliance efforts with evidence and policy support.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in IT operations or security operations. • Experience supporting remote or hybrid employees. • Knowledge of SOC 2, access controls, endpoint security. • Experience managing small IT environments. • Work authorization for United States.
