About the role
Support technical operation, reliability, and evolution of Marketing Cloud Engagement. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to support MCE operations and improve messaging platform.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain email and mobile messaging journeys. • Use Journey Builder and Automation Studio for customer journeys. • Write optimized SQL queries for data management. • Support Preference Center and subscription management. • Participate in incident response and on-call rotation.
What you’ll bring
• 5 years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement. • Hands-on with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, SQL queries. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Experience with AMPscript, HTML, CSS, email templates. • Work authorization for the USA.
