About the role
Support design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of learning and talent initiatives to build employee capability and support organizational performance. Manage Learning & Development activities and support Performance Management, Recruitment & Selection, and other Talent Management initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate learning and development strategy and training plan. • Support design and delivery of development programmes. • Track learning participation and training effectiveness. • Support performance calibration and improvement initiatives. • Partner with hiring managers for recruitment and onboarding.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Relevant HR certification is an advantage. • Strong analytical and reporting skills. • 3-5 years HR experience with 2 years in Learning & Development. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
