What you’ll do
• Develop and implement talent management strategies. • Manage recruitment and selection process. • Coordinate employee performance appraisals. • Develop staff training and development programmes. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • Minimum 5 years experience in HR or Talent Management. • Professional HR certification is a plus. • Experience in consulting or professional services preferred. • Strong leadership and communication skills.
