Tax Compliance Manager

About the role
Oversee tax obligations, ensure compliance with tax laws, and manage audits and reporting for the organization.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and file corporate income tax, VAT, PAYE, WHT on time. • Lead internal and external tax audits and handle objections. • Conduct tax risk assessments and monitor legislative changes. • Maintain tax calendars and reconcile tax balance sheets. • Mentor and supervise tax analysts and junior team members.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Professional qualification or membership in ICAN, CITN, or ACCA. • 5 to 6+ years corporate tax compliance experience. • Knowledge of tax laws and ERP/tax software proficiency. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
