About the role
Lead a team delivering tax compliance, consulting, and planning for individuals, trusts, and businesses. Develop tax strategies and manage client relationships in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll do
• Review complex individual, trust, and business tax returns. • Lead tax planning for individuals and small business owners. • Manage multiple client relationships and engagements. • Supervise and mentor staff preparing returns. • Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 5 years experience in individual, trust, and small business tax returns. • Strong communication and client trust-building skills. • Work authorization for the US. • Preferred CPA license or EA designation. • Preferred Master's degree in Taxation.
