About the role
Lead a team of engineers to deliver platforms, data pipelines, and AI-enabled applications for customer acquisition and digital operations. Split time between hands-on engineering and people leadership.
What you’ll do
• Design and operate marketing acquisition systems using React, Next.js, Go, AWS. • Build agentic workflows and AI-native features end to end. • Lead technical execution and architecture decisions. • Partner with product, data, and operations to scope work and set success metrics. • Plan team delivery, manage risk, and communicate progress.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years software engineering experience. • 1+ years leading engineers as manager or tech lead. • Strong skills with React, Next.js, Go, AWS, Terraform. • Experience with digital acquisition and conversion systems. • Work authorization for US only, no visa sponsorship.
