• Serve as technical point of contact for clients. • Develop and execute channel implementation plans. • Optimize platform workflows and commercial levers. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years in technical account management or related role. • Experience with enterprise client onboarding and optimization. • Understanding of channel requirements and data mapping. • Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, JIRA. • Work authorization for USA.
