About the role
Act as a trusted technical advisor for Zephr customers to optimize digital subscription experiences. Provide architecture guidance, technical reviews, and proactive support to increase customer value.
What you’ll do
• Serve as senior technical advisor for Zephr customers. • Lead customer office hours and technical reviews. • Advise on Zephr architecture and integrations. • Review designs for scalability and risks. • Support troubleshooting of complex issues.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or similar role. • Hands-on Zephr experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of web technologies and SaaS. • Experience with enterprise customers in digital subscriptions. • Ability to manage multiple strategic customers.
