About the role
Provide technical support for climate-resilient urban infrastructure projects and strengthen local administrations' readiness for climate finance. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and capacity building for sustainable urban development.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical support for climate-resilient infrastructure projects. • Support pre-feasibility assessments and liaise with financiers. • Manage complex stakeholder settings diplomatically. • Strengthen institutional readiness for climate finance. • Coordinate with authorities, partners, and private sector.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced degree in relevant field. • 5+ years in urban climate mitigation and adaptation. • Expertise in multi-stakeholder management and finance advisory. • Knowledge of EU Global Gateway Investment Agenda. • Proficiency in English and strong ICT skills.
