About the role
Lead technical due diligence for AI infrastructure projects across the Americas. Evaluate site feasibility and identify technical risks before investment.
What you’ll do
• Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for infrastructure opportunities. • Define scope of engineering and environmental studies. • Manage external engineering and technical consultants. • Interpret technical findings and recommend development actions. • Prepare summaries and present to executive leadership.
What you’ll bring
• 5–10 years in technical due diligence or related fields. • Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering consultants. • Strong knowledge of geotechnical and environmental assessments. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Work authorization in application country.
