About the role
Lead the Data team and own the platform that supports all CapIntel products. Balance hands-on engineering with leadership to ensure platform reliability and team growth.
What you’ll do
• Lead and grow a team of data engineers. • Own architecture and health of Data platform. • Drive enterprise-grade data architecture evolution. • Manage client data onboarding and implementation. • Coach other teams on data workflows and observability.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years software engineering experience. • 2+ years leading engineers. • Deep Node.js and TypeScript expertise. • Experience with AWS data pipelines and serverless. • Strong SQL and relational database skills.
