About the role
Lead complex technical programs connecting strategy, delivery, and learning across product and engineering. Drive clarity, alignment, and flow to deliver customer and business impact.
What you’ll do
• Partner with Product and Engineering Leads to translate strategy into execution plans. • Lead cross-team initiatives spanning product, infrastructure, and platform. • Use AI-driven analytics to surface risks and improve velocity. • Coach teams on operating rhythms and data-driven practices. • Facilitate alignment between senior product, design, and engineering leaders.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years leading complex software programs in TPM/EPM roles. • 3+ years driving multi-team initiatives across product and platform. • Proficient with program execution tools like Jira and Confluence. • Work authorization for USA required.
