About the role
Lead and manage Headway's campus recruiting program to grow engineering teams. Own university relationships, event programming, and intern hiring.
What you’ll do
• Drive campus recruiting execution end-to-end. • Manage summer internship program. • Build relationships with universities and student groups. • Run campus event programming with ROI focus. • Support full-cycle searches for new grad and intern roles.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience. • Experience in campus or university recruiting. • Track record managing university relationships. • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with structure.
