About the role
Lead and develop a Technical Services function to improve client performance and expand service revenue. Manage technical service delivery and team capabilities aligned with business goals.

• Bachelor's in engineering or related field. • 5 years technical or management experience in industrial control systems. • 3 years client-facing technical sales or business development. • Proven leadership and financial management skills. • Availability to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
