About the role
Manage technical operations and maintenance of vessels ensuring compliance with standards and operational efficiency. Oversee repairs, dry-docking, budgeting, and liaise with stakeholders for vessel performance.
What you’ll do
• Operate vessel maintenance system per company standards. • Appraise Chief Engineers at contract end. • Track purchase requisitions with Purchasing department. • Supervise dry-dockings and repairs to completion. • Maintain vessel classification and survey status reports.
What you’ll bring
• Unlimited STCW ’95 Chief Engineer’s license (Motor) or. • Engineering Degree/Diploma in Mechanics/Electromechanical. • Work authorization for Nigeria. • Experience in vessel technical management. • Knowledge of IMCA guidelines and industry best practices.
