About the role
Provide technical leadership for real estate development, construction, and property projects. Oversee project delivery, regulatory compliance, procurement, and operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical planning and delivery of construction projects. • Conduct technical due diligence and feasibility assessments. • Coordinate statutory approvals and regulatory documentation. • Supervise procurement and facilities management teams. • Develop technical SOPs and quality assurance processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 5 years relevant construction or property experience. • Knowledge of Nigerian Land Use Act and building regulations. • COREN registration required for engineers. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
