About the role
Provide full customer support service for partner integrations during night shifts. Analyze issues and deliver excellent second-level customer support.
What you’ll do
• Understand and analyse technical issues. • Perform integration protocol testing. • Provide second-level customer support. • Deliver excellent customer service. • Work 5 night shifts per week.
What you’ll bring
• Ready for night shifts only. • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Elastic, Dynatrace, Grafana. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Working knowledge of XML, JSON, Git, and API protocols. • Upper-Intermediate English and work authorization in Europe.
