About the role
Provide technical support for Web3 infrastructure and debug customer issues. Collaborate with engineering to resolve and improve customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Own and resolve technical support requests. • Triage and debug customer-reported issues. • Document technical findings and next actions. • Translate issues into actionable improvements. • Create and maintain support documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ years technical support experience. • 1+ year Blockchain experience or equivalent. • Advanced scripting in Python, Go, Ruby, or Bash. • Knowledge of DNS, TCP/SSL, HTTP protocols. • Experience managing Linux hosts and infrastructure as code.
