About the role
Train customers on Datum warehouse execution system and automated conveyor control systems. Develop training plans, user guides, and deliver software and system training to Maintenance and Operations teams.
What you’ll do
• Train Operations teams on system components and functions. • Build manuals and presentations for system training. • Deliver training on Datum software functionality and workflows. • Coordinate vendor-led training and organize documentation. • Travel up to 50% to deliver training and support customers.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years with automated conveyor and PLC control systems. • Knowledge of high- and low-voltage electrical systems. • Ability to plan and manage training schedules. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Work authorization for United States.
