Lead the worldwide Telco Field Engineering business to help customers implement open source solutions. Drive strategy, develop teams, and participate in technical presales for telco customers.

• Lead and develop managers and field engineering teams. • Solve customer problems and act as trusted advisor. • Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback. • Implement disciplined engineering processes. • Represent team to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
What you’ll bring
• Technical understanding of telco NFVi, NFVO, VNFM, MEC. • Knowledge of cloud technologies like Kubernetes, Openstack, AWS. • Experience in technical presales and team leadership. • Excellent English communication skills. • Work authorization for EMEA region.
