About the role
Plan, document, support, and improve voice, data, and communications systems for Chimes. Provide technical solutions and coordinate installations and maintenance.
What you’ll do
• Evaluate customer requirements and recommend communications solutions. • Diagnose issues and coordinate corrective actions. • Prepare and maintain system diagrams and service logs. • Coordinate installation, testing, and maintenance with teams and vendors. • Support renovations, upgrades, and disaster-recovery planning.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. • Three or more years in telecommunications engineering or operations. • Experience with system diagrams and technical specifications. • Experience coordinating with users, vendors, and technical teams. • Legal authorization to work in the US, no visa sponsorship.
