About the role
Lead in-home ABA services virtually, partnering with families and technicians to provide compassionate care. Deliver clinical oversight and support for behavior technicians remotely.
What you’ll do
• Deliver clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth. • Provide remote coaching and supervision to Behavior Technicians. • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans. • Lead virtual family training sessions. • Maintain high-quality clinical services through data-driven decisions.
What you’ll bring
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. • Ability to travel periodically to market (expenses paid). • Work authorization for USA. • Experience with ABA principles and assent-based care. • Strong clinical leadership and mentoring skills.
