About the role

What you’ll do
• Lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative environment. • Support and guide Behavior Technicians daily. • Develop individualized behavior plans using ABA principles. • Engage parents during on-site training sessions. • Maintain clinical quality through supervision and data-driven decisions.
What you’ll bring
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. • Authorization to work in the USA. • Experience with early intervention ABA therapy. • Strong clinical and supervisory skills. • Ability to work remotely and manage caseload.
