About the role
The Teller will manage cash transactions, promote bank products, and provide excellent customer service at the branch.
What you’ll do
• Balance cash drawers daily and oversee ATM transactions. • Recommend and cross-sell bank products and services. • Handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and payments. • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues. • Adhere to regulatory and security protocols.
What you’ll bring
• OND with Upper credit and 1-2 years experience. • Experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service. • High attention to detail and strong math skills. • Excellent communication and computer proficiency.
