About the role
Drive SCALE mPower operations within an assigned Local Government Area. Manage park onboarding, sales reps, loan disbursement, and collections.
What you’ll do
• Onboard and manage parks ensuring compliance. • Recruit and manage territory sales representatives. • Coordinate loan disbursement and collections. • Conduct field visits and monitor compliance. • Prepare and submit weekly performance reports.
What you’ll bring
• Willingness to travel frequently. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • 2–4 years in field-based or regional operations. • Proven ability to recruit and lead sales reps. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
