What you’ll do
• Build TikTok as a growth channel for clients. • Develop TikTok as a business unit with processes. • Manage team of content, paid experts, and freelancers. • Support clients launching TikTok Shop. • Create and manage creator pools and sourcing processes.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in e-commerce or social media marketing. • Skilled in creator negotiation and briefing. • Leadership or coordination experience. • Data-driven campaign performance evaluation. • Fluent German and good English, CRM and AI tool experience.
