About the role
Lead the TikTok Shop growth strategy for a fast-growing D2C supplement brand. Manage affiliates, creators, influencer outreach, and content pipeline to drive sales.
What you’ll do
• Own TikTok Shop growth strategy and P&L. • Build and scale TikTok Shop Affiliate Program. • Develop scalable creator and UGC acquisition engine. • Run organic TikTok strategy and community. • Manage affiliate platform operations and reporting.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate roles. • Experience running TikTok Shop affiliate program. • Fluent in TikTok Creator Marketplace and one platform. • Strong written English and outreach skills. • Work authorization for remote role in Mexico.
