About the role
Develop and maintain training materials and documentation to support organizational needs. Create and deliver training content to enhance learning and adoption.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain training materials and user guides. • Collaborate with experts to ensure accurate content. • Create and deliver client training presentations and workshops. • Review and update documentation for usability and consistency. • Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Ability to obtain and maintain Federal or DoD Public Trust. • Associate’s degree or 2 years experience in lieu of degree. • Minimum 2 years experience in training or technical writing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
