About the role
The Training Manager develops and executes project training curriculum and events on schedule. They ensure quality control and continuous improvement of training programs.
What you’ll do
• Support selection of Senior Instructor. • Plan training events with team. • Ensure curriculum development and event preparation. • Conduct training needs and gap assessments. • Monitor project progress and quality control.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 10+ years related work experience. • 5+ years managing international training events. • Experience with CWMD training projects. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
