About the role
Manage end-to-end accounting for employee expenses and advances across group entities. Ensure compliance with policies and local legal requirements.
What you’ll do
• Administer expense-reporting policy and timelines. • Review expense reports for accuracy and compliance. • Serve as primary contact for expense queries. • Post approved expenses and reconcile advances monthly. • Support Accounts Payable and month-end close activities.
What you’ll bring
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2-3 years experience in travel and expense accounting. • Knowledge of local legal and tax expense requirements. • Experience with expense-management and ERP systems. • B2-level or above proficiency in English.
