What you’ll do
• Manage 3–4 Team Leads across concierge functions. • Provide coaching and support to develop leadership. • Direct client-facing operations during shifts. • Ensure 95%+ SLA adherence and 98%+ data accuracy. • Submit process improvements monthly.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in luxury travel or high-touch service operations. • 2+ years in leadership or management role. • Strong Sabre proficiency. • Data-driven approach to improve performance. • Work authorization for India.
